No detergent or dryer sheets included. ✔We keep first aid kit in both bathroom vanities. ✔ We provide fresh premium linens for each guest. ✔ We provide basic paper goods and consumables - paper towels, tissues, toilet paper, dishwasher tablets, dish soap, sponges. ✔ Coffee & tea are included.
Other Details to Note
The garage on site is currently unavailable for access, but you're welcome to use the EV charger attached to it. It comes with a J1772 plug. Please message us so that we can enable it for you. While our location is close to major stores and downtown Newport, the heavily wooded area can affect your cell signal. Not to worry—we’ve installed a cell booster inside the house to enhance reception; no action is required on your part—just step inside and enjoy the improved signal. Please note that, like much of Vermont, we are located on an unpaved road. During the winter months, we strongly recommend equipping your car with winter tires. Also, a plow truck might be coming by to plow the snow while you're there, depending on the amount of snowfall. Finally, as we are on a septic system, we kindly ask that you flush only toilet paper.
